Terms & Conditions of Refund
We ask that you please ensure that all items are returned within 30 days in the same condition as received. As a very small boutique online store, we ask that our customers pay for the cost of their return shipping.
We also ask that you please take care when trying on your pieces to avoid any makeup transfer. The original swing tags must be left on our pieces in their original form.
Please be aware that returned pieces that have Dirt, marks, pet hair, cigarette smoke, or perfume may result in a refund being refused. It should be noted that we do not refund on Sale Items unless Faulty.
For International Shipping returns, please note that Linen with Luv is not responsible to cover the cost of your International shipping return, when returning a piece for a refund.
Whilst highly unlikely, if you do receive a faulty piece, please contact us at linenwithluv@yahoo.com so we can organise an immediate replacement for you.
